We provide a free callout service within a 10km radius of Mission Bay in Auckland and a 1km radius of Lower Hutt Central in Wellington, callout fee of $25 may apply to other areas, minimum charge $90, all prices are exclusive of GST.

  • Hardware upgrades (Hard Drive, Memory, CD-RW, Motherboards etc)              $90 p/hr
  • Wireless or Wired Network Design and Installation                                         $100 p/hr      
  • Computer and Internet training for small groups                                              $100 p/hr
    • Full system reinstallation; Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA (Offsite)           $400   
  • Service Contracts & Extended Warranties                                                     POA      
  • Hardware, Software and System Quotations                                                 FREE

 

Full System Reinstallation includes: Format and reinstallation of the windows operating system, Virus Definition updates, Windows Operating System updates, Service Pack updates (Windows 2000/XP/VISTA) Driver updates, Software updates, Motherboard BIOS update, Hardware tests, Case & Hardware cleaning, similar to that of factory defaults and delivery.

 

Data Backup & Recovery Service

  • Data Backup of Hard Drive contents to CDR/DVD DISC     (Offsite)               $100 p/hr      

  • Data Recovery Services to Hard Drive or CDR/DVD DISC   (Offsite)               $100 p/hr            
  • Other Computer related issues                                                                    $90 p/hr
